Christine Wilbur is an accomplished legal operations and human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience leading administrative, human resources, and operational initiatives for law firms and legal organizations throughout Southern California. She currently serves as Director of Administration at Woodruff & Smart, where she oversees the firm’s human resources, administrative operations, facilities, employee engagement, marketing, recruiting, and strategic operational initiatives while partnering closely with the Executive Committee and Director of Finance, to support the firm’s continued growth and excellence.

Since joining Woodruff & Smart, Christine has provided strategic leadership across the firm’s human resources, marketing, information technology, facilities, operations, and administrative functions, partnering closely with the Executive Committee and Director of Finance to support the firm’s continued growth and long-term strategic objectives. She oversees a broad range of firmwide initiatives, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement and recognition, HR compliance and policy development, marketing and communications, facilities and office operations, technology initiatives, and process improvement. Her more recent leadership has included managing a comprehensive website redesign and launch, office renovation and construction projects, and the modernization of internal communications and administrative processes. Through a collaborative and people-focused leadership style, Christine is committed to building efficient operations, fostering an exceptional workplace culture, and creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

Prior to joining Woodruff & Smart, Christine held executive leadership positions with the Orange County Bar Association, Wilson Tax Law Group, Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, and other respected law firms, where she developed extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, talent management, compliance, facilities management, and legal operations.

Christine earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science in Social & Behavioral Sciences. She remains actively involved in the legal management community through volunteer leadership with the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), where she is passionate about fostering collaboration, developing future leaders, and advancing the legal management profession.
