Office Services Clerk


As an Office Services Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in supporting attorneys and staff by ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, copy rooms, and common areas
  • Stock office and kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Copy, scan, bind, and assemble legal documents
  • Assist with records management and file organization
  • Coordinate courier services and local deliveries
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative and office service requests
  • Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and facilities projects
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management as needed
  • Participate in special projects and firm-wide initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • One to three years of office, administrative, or facilities experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Compensation:

$40,950 – $45,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
